About Me
Hello! I am Jovic Francis B. Rayco, from Legazpi City, Albay, Philippines. My personal hobby is learning new things, and building assistive tools / software, hence my computer-science related interests.
Education and Work Experience
I had my bachelor's degree in computer science at Bicol University College of Science at Legazpi City, Albay, Philippines. There, I have learned to code mainly in C, Java, and Python, while undergoing subjects such as data structures and algorithms, object-oriented programming, databases and other topics.
I also had work experience there as an intern at Bicol University ICTO, where I was able to heavily contribute to the back-end of a web development project using PHP and Laravel, despite my inexperience with said technologies.
Besides having a computer science degree, I also take the initiative to learn new things in technology. I like taking said initiative due to curiosity and in order to apply what I have learned when developing future projects. I consider myself as a beginner despite having experience, as there are always new things to learn in the tech industry.
